The 13th edition of Drukyul’s Literature and Arts Festival (DLAF) is set to commence on August 3 at the Royal University of Bhutan in Thimphu. The festival will feature a distinguished lineup including politician-author Shashi Tharoor, novelist Shobhaa De, Turkish Ambassador Firat Sunel, and bestselling author Ashwin Sanghi. Under the patronage of Her Majesty the Queen Mother, Gyalyum Ashi Dorji Wangmo Wangchuck, the three-day festival aims to immerse Thimphu in a vibrant celebration of storytelling and artistic expression.
