His Serene Highness Dasho Jigje Singye Wangchuck, born on 3 December 2009, is the grandson of His Majesty the Fourth King of Bhutan, from His daughter, Her Royal Highness Princess Sonam Dechan Wangchuck. HSH completed Class 9 from ELC High School in Thimphu and will be going on to Class 10 this year. Prior to ELC High School, Dasho studied at Druk School and Sersang Primary School. HSH is interested in coding and mathematics; and is an entrepreneur who founded the Medicine Buddha Global during the COVID-19 pandemic, and Kingdom Bricks and Kingdom Camps. Dasho also initiated ‘Our Children’s Stories’, a nationwide Storytelling Competition during the Bhutan Echoes Festival 2023.
