Ngawang Rigsar Wangchuk currently works at Save the Children International. He has six years of international experience working at the intersection of social change facilitation, civic space growth, youth empowerment, content creation and campaigning in the USA, Bhutan and the wider Asia region. In the past, he has co-authored various publications, research papers and articles on young people and civic engagement. He also publishes reflections about life, culture and wider issues of public interest on his blog. Rigsar has a Masters from the University College London and has previously studied at St Stephens College (New Delhi), St Olaf College (Minnesota, USA) and United World College (New Mexico, USA).
