Mr. Tharchen is the CEO of Educare Skill, Bhutan’s first online learning platform, focused on making learning enjoyable and effective for all. With over sixteen years of experience in journalism, farming, consulting, training, coaching, mentoring, animation, and multimedia, he aims to empower the people of Bhutan and beyond.
Since co-founding iBEST in 2014 with Mr. Sonam Rinchen, Mr. Tharchen has led the company as CEO, driving product development and strategies across consulting, training, technology, and multimedia services. He directed the award-winning 2D animated film “The Legend of Pemi Tshewang Tashi,” which was screened internationally.
iBEST STUDIOS, under his leadership, has become a leading multimedia production company specializing in creative storytelling, animation, and live-action productions. The studio employs over 125 professionals and has created content for numerous clients domestically and internationally.
