She is with the Brookings Institution as an Echidna Scholar researching on climate literacy of Bhutanese girls in the school system to leverage their agency for resilient future pathways for themselves and Bhutan.
She also leads the Center Sustainability Studies, a consultancy knowledge firm. She is the founder of Bhutan Tours and Travels, an impact travel company. She is the Founding Curator of Global Shapers Thimphu Hub (a World Economic Forum youth initiative). In 2008, she founded a successful non-profit, READ Bhutan.
